FOXSports has reported that Brett Favre has been traded to the New York Jets in exchange for a draft pick. It appears the Favre saga might finally come to a close. The move would solidify the Green Bay Packers' stance that Aaron Rodgers is their starting quarterback; thereby keeping the fantasy value of their skilled players at level with where previously expected. The move though will increase the value of the Jets across the board, except for Chad Pennington, who will now be released for cap reasons, and Kellen Clemens, who will be regulated to clip board holding duties. The biggest benefactors would be Laveranues Coles, Jerricho Cotchery, and Dustin Keller, who will have the future Hall of Famer throwing them the ball, and Thomas Jones, who should find more room to run as defenses will no longer be able to stack the box.
