  Man, I am all done going against my gut on picks this season. Every time I do, I get burned in a big way, and this week is no exception as I went 0-for-the-week this week, which is only the third time that has happened this year. Yes, none of my three picks made the cut. One I was genuinely surprised with, and two I'm pretty much kicking myself for. • PGA Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Wyndham Championship - Sedgefield Country Club - Greensboro, NC

  Ok, first and foremost; to the PGA, screw you. This is the Greater Greensboro Open, and how dare you change the name. With that out of the way, I can now continue in peace. This course (Sedgefield) last hosted the GREATER GREENSBORO OPEN 31 years ago (Al Geiberger won). It's a Donald Ross course, but it only plays at just under 7,000 yards, making it one of those "non-exclusionary" courses that doesn't shut out the shorter hitters. The par-70 course features small, undulating greens... • PGA Who Is He: PGA Championship - Oakland Hills Country Club - Bloomfield Township, MI

  Oakland Hills is living up to everything it's cracked up to be. After two rounds, there is only one player under par (J.B. Holmes (-1)), Kenny Perry withdrew, Phil Mickelson is in the hunt, and there's a Singh in the top-10 (more on that in a bit). This, potentially, could be every bit as difficult as the U.S. (and British for that matter) Open and we've seen nothing but unpredictable finishes to this point.
