I think you have a decent team.  Your bench looks thin. How deep is your league?  

I would question Ricky Williams (ok, I would drop or trade him), what about one of the runnng backs that have been a bit of a surprise and may not be drafted.

Stewart, Chris Johnson, Morris, Sproles, Norwood.  (just to name a few)  It really depends on how deep of a league you are in.  I would drop Williams or if by some chance someone will trade you for him.

 Bills- Nice choice

Culter- Looks Good
