  1) Kyle Busch (Previous position: 3 rd ) - Busch retakes the first place spot in the standings with his top three finish this weekend. • NASCAR Best Buy 400 Expert Picks

  Well, I picked the winner of the race last week and was also close in picking the 1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd place cars in the race. All my A list picks and B list picks were solid and did what I wanted them to do. The C list picks were a different story even though over 50% of the fantasy drafts had Brian Vickers selected.   A list active driver : Carl Edwards - This is Edwards' second time on this list. He has been doing great all year long on the 1.5 mile tracks and I think his streak will continue. His wins this year have come on these kinds of tracks. He also has the second best finishing average over the past six races. B list active drivers : Kasey Kahne - Third time on this list for Kahne.   Since fantasy NASCAR is taking another week off for the All-Star Race, I figured I'd take some time to look at last week's selections , which had a couple of stinkers. I had Matt Kenseth as my A list active driver and he was able to finish second in fantasy scoring for his group. He finished in sixth place in the race after having to start in the back of the pack.   A quick look at my picks from last week: When it came to my selected drivers last week , the Sleeper Picks turned out to be more valuable than the active driver selections. For the first time all year, I had picked the highest scoring A, B, and C level driver. I will say that Denny Hamlin did well point wise even though he came in 24 th spot.
